    In Person Donations:

    In the event of approval, the designated drop-off point is situated at 450 E. Water Street in West Bend WI. Drop-off hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. If these hours are inconvenient, please inform us so that we can make alternative arrangements.

    Furniture Donation:

    To have your donation items approved or denied, kindly send a photograph of them to events@familypromise.org. Due to the sale of our building on Elm Street and ongoing construction/expansion on Water Street, our available space is currently limited.

    Toy Donation:

    At the moment, we are exclusively accepting brand new toys. These items are utilized for birthday and Christmas presents. Our available space is limited due to the sale of our building on Elm Street.

    School & Office Supplies:

    Only newly donated items will be accepted.

    Cleaning Supplies:

    Only newly donated items will be accepted.

    Clothing Donation:

    Currently, we are only accepting new clothes, socks, underwear, and undergarments. We may be able to accept more in the new year of 2024. However, some places we recommend for used clothing are Circle of friends and St. Vincent De Paul. These places allow our clients to pick out needs at no charge to them.

    Hygiene Donation:

    Only newly donated items will be accepted.

    Bedding Donation:

    In our emergency shelter, we mainly use Twin & Twin XL. Other size bedding is accepted just not used as often. Only newly donated items will be accepted.
