safety: secure building with access controls, cameras, and 24/7 staff coverage

efficiencies: new build allows energy savings, possible solar power

offices: fully equipped office space and meeting rooms for the privacy of our program participants

restrooms: men’s shelter and women’s shelter exists, additional restroom facilities for family shelter and walk-ins

shelter rooms: men’s shelter and women’s shelter exists for 14, additional shelter for families, which will hold 18 homeless persons

promise housing: 4 apartments for individuals exist,  additional transitional housing for 4 families

living spaces: a kitchen and living area exist for men’s shelter and women’s shelter, 2 additional living spaces for family shelter

resource center:  computer, phone services and assistance exist and will be ongoing for our homeless program participants
